How's it goin' out there??

Cormac here with a quick summary of what's been happening in the world of The Answer...quite a scary place at the best of times!!

As you can probably tell from recent Facebook and Twitter updates, we’re smack bang in the middle of making our new album. We’ve been in the studio with our producer Toby Jepson for a number of weeks now and I gotta tell you...I’m pretty damn excited about this new material.

The songs are great, the vibe has been amazing and more than ever before we’ve focused on trying to capture that live energy that helps to give The Answer its edge. In some cases this has involved anything in the region of twenty five to fifty takes on any given day which has left our drummer James a temporary shadow of his former self. But he and the rest of the guys will be first to tell you that its all been worth it.

The record will be totally finished in the very near future and we’re already beginning to cast our gaze towards the year ahead. The album will be released all over the world which means a lot of touring on a global scale to accompany perhaps the best record we’ve ever made. So get your Answer shoes on because we’ll be seeing you all very soon!!!
