THE ANSWER AWARDED - CLASSIC ROCK MAGAZINE - BEST NEW BAND 2005!

On 4th October 2005 at Classic Rock Awards ceremony held at the Cafe de Paris in London - The Answer were awarded BEST NEW ROCK BAND 2005.

The Answer have won Best New Band at the star-studded inaugural Classic Rock Awards held last night in central London. Editor of Classic Rock Magazine, Scott Rowley presented the award to the surprised Northern Irish quartet, who have been gaining support from all areas of the rock industry off the back of their debut EP ‘Keep’ Believin’’ released back in July. A shell-shocked Cormac Neeson had this to say:
“We’re over-whelmed to win this award; especially as some of our greatest idols were sat in the room watching us collect our award, drinking champagne. As well as that we got to have our photo taken with Jimmy Page. It was a great night.”

The band are currently writing and recording new material for their forthcoming debut album – scheduled for a release in spring 2006. A brand new single ‘Never Too Late’ will be out in the shops on November 14^th 2005 through Albert Productions, full details soon.
