NEW SINGLE + GIGS + KERRANG! AWARDS

A quick up date on what is going on with ‘The Answer’. As you may know we have been nominated for the Best British Newcomer Award at this years Kerrang! Awards. Thanks to everyone who voted for us. You can still vote for us to win via the following means: go to http://www.kerrangawards.com/kerrangawards and vote via the website, or you can also vote for the band in the Best British Newcomer category by going to - www.myspace.com/kerrangmagazine or for those of you in the Uk – text “K1 the Answer” to 88833 Voting should end on August 20th so do it soon if you can.

Under The Sky is out Oct 2nd. The band have made a new video and you can get a sneak preview by going to http://www.theanswer.ie/video.html The username is video and the password is theanswerrock so go have a look. There are options to download and send to your mates so get to it.

Other news – We have confirmed a gig at London’s Royal Albert Hall supporting the legend that is Paul Rodgers on October 3rd. Tickets are selling fast so if you can get along check it out now. Otherwise the band will see you somewhere in the Uk or Europe in September or October. More gigs will be added for November very soon, another Irish tour is planned and another European tour, keep an eye on the gig section. Sadly Airbourne cant join us on the October run but the good news is Rose Hill Drive will take their place.
