** STOP PRESS - SECRET LONDON SHOW - TICKETS ON SALE MONDAY 21st MAY **

The Answer are going to play the Borderline in London's West End on Wednesday 20th June. This will be a launch party for the re issue of Rise and a warm up for the Hyde Park show later that week. Most of the tickets are being used for the great and good from the music business but we have kept 150 tickets back for some of you to buy if you want to come and join in the fun. Those tickets which will cost £12 will be on sale from 10 am Monday (21st) morning, you can call ticketmaster on 0870-4000688 or visit www.livenation.co.uk/theanswer These tickets are not being sold or advertised anywhere else so get in there quickly on Monday if you want to come and join the fun. To make it even more exciting Rose Hill Drive And TAB will also play the same night. Most of you know who Rose Hill Drive are, TAB are a new band featuring Joe Perry from Aerosmith's two son's, this will be their first ever UK show. This gig will seriously ROCK!! TOUR NEWS: So the band are back for a well earned rest after the tours of Japan, Australia and Europe. As always a huge thank you to everyone who came out to see the band. They loved playing those shows, some real highlights in there. There are a bunch of new shows confirmed including gigs with the legends that are Aerosmith and The Who. Check out the gigs section on the site. There will be plenty more summer shows confirmed in the next few weeks so keep checking back. We are really pleased to announce that those noisy blokes from Oxford, Winnebago Deal will be special guests at the Belfast and Dublin shows this month. The band had a ball with them on the UK tour so it is good to play with them again. For those of you in Belfast there may be a little acoustic gig you can go to on May 14th, check the forum this week for news on that. More gigs confirmed soon.

WEBSITE: I hope you all like the new look to the site. The final touches to the mailing list and the shop will be done this week, the shop should be back on by the end of this week so go and have a look. The problems with spam on the forum are proving very frustrating but we think it will be resolved very soon. We wanted to keep the content up there rather than start from scratch again so hence the delay in sorting this out. If we cant then we will have to install a new forum and everyone will have to register again but hopefully it will not come to that. More news as we have it. When the shop is open again the last of the tour shirts will be on sale so if you want one get it soon. Also dont forget to check out the band's youtube tv channel

RISE II: There have been some postings on the forum about the re-issue of Rise, this is going ahead. Basically we have decided to re-issue the album because of the summer shows we are doing and because there have been so many people complaining about download only singles. I wont get into that issue here but the second disc that will be added to the original Rise will feature all the relevant b-sides that have not been released physically and some tracks that were recorded for the album but left off. The original album will be the same and there will be a second disc added that will have 15 unreleased songs on it. I will update the music section soon with full details but check the forum for some info this week. We think the extra disc is worth the price of the double disc, it will not cost more than £9.99. The artwork will be amended and expanded and the whole package will come in a sexy slip case. Also you can expect to see and hear some of the amazing footage from the band's debut Japanese show over the coming months, more news soon.
