So James is at home resting, all being well the broken bone will mend soon and he will be back hitting those drums harder than ever very soon. The band want to say a huge thanks to Carl Papenfus for standing in on the last two uk AC/DC shows, he did a great job. Carl is an old friend of the band, he is from Downpatrick and his day job is playing drums in a great band called Relish, check them out at www.relishmusic.com They had 5 hours to rehearse the set on the day of the Belfast show and then another hour on show day so I think any one who saw the Manchester or Birmingham shows will admit he did an amazing job.

HMV - So the signing went well this week, one problem though. The prize draw for the two AC/DC + The Answer tickets for the Punchestown show in June and the first number out was not claimed. So if you had wristband number 64 you need to get in touch with me becasue you have won the tickets, email me at the answer info email address. We drew a second number so if we dont hear from number 64 then I will post the second number in 2 weeks.

OTHER NEWS - So any one with an Xbox should get a copy of next weeks Kerrang! becasue there will be a voucher in there to join in on the Xtival. It is basically an oline festival for Xbox owners, loads of great stuff going including your favourite Irish band making an appearance as part of the 3 day event so check the voucher in Kerrang!.

Also The Answer have had the honour to be nominated in the Metal Hammer Golden God Awards, they are up for best british band. This is voted for by the public so if you want to vote for the guys go to www.metalhammer.co.uk and cast your votes.

The band will be appearing live on the legendary Bob Coburn Rockline Radio show at 8 pm pacific coast time in america on monday, thats 4 am tuesday here in the uk.
